Vartan Krikorian is a DJ, music producer, sound engineer and licensed electrician. With a passion for music and computers that began at the age of seven, Vartan took a natural next step when he was introduced to House Music and proper DJ sets in 1993. He spent three years fervently collecting mix tapes by local DJ's before purchasing his own pair of Technics turntables. As years went by, Vartan's love for music fueled by all forms of House Music, grew into a taste for Techno. In the late nineties Vartan purchased a computer solely for audio recording. Thanks to thousands of hours of hands-on experience, his knowledge of PCs grew at a rapid speed. While he is an expert in PC-based recording and production, his technical abilities don't lie only in the digital realm. Vartan is well-versed in all types of audio gear including, synthesizers, sound systems, analog production and recording equipment. On the business side of things, though hardly just a business to him, Vartan has both nightclub and venue management experience. He has also started a new record label called Red-Blooded Records. Vartan's first self-release record entitled "Took A Long Time" hit the shelves in May 2004.  The most recent chapter of his artistic development has led to his association with Walter Wright (performing as W2). A well-known visual artist with decades of experience. When performing together, the two present audiences with a fantastic integrated experience on both visual and aural senses.
